Personalisation is the wellbeing trend du jour. Increasingly savvy consumers are no longer satisfied with one-size-fits-all solutions to wellbeing and this has paved the way for brands offering tailor-made solutions to unique needs. In the health space, we’ve seen the rise of ZOE – an at-home test kit that promises to unlock the secrets of our microbiome (just as unique as our fingerprints) and metabolism. Where fitness fiends of old have followed rigid programmes, today’s tech offerings (such as WHOOP) carefully monitor sleep, heart rate and recovery to put together a more personalised schedule. Is it time for a rest day? Or do we have plenty in the tank for a high-intensity workout?
