WHY DIDN’T I TRUST MY GUT ABOUT THE AFFAIR?
Q Twenty years ago I suspected that my husband was having an affair with a married friend of mine. He said they were just friends, so I gave him the benefit of the doubt (stupid me!). He recently admitted he’d had a four-year affair with this woman. I’m devastated.
