We’re all golfers. So, we all know that what goes on in our heads can have a huge influence on how well we play and hit the ball, both positive and negative.
And, like all of us, I’ve been in both places mentally, which got me thinking. Here’s how it went.
Originally, I had no problem hitting the ball. When I was a kid, my technique was probably less than what might be called orthodox. But I had a pretty good idea where the ball was going. Like everyone else though, the more I learned about the technical aspects of the game the harder things seemed to get.
