It was by pure chance that Ciara Murphy and Daniel Bowen discovered this house for sale. ‘Our friend found it online and sent us the details,’ explains Ciara. ‘Initially, we had dismissed the area where this house is situated because it's close to the university, so has a large student population. We thought it would be a noisy place to live. But this house is tucked away on a beautiful residential street that's so peaceful and quiet. As soon as we viewed it, we were smitten.’
