When Niccole and Ryan Allen moved house in June 2020, it was all systems go. ‘It was the middle of lockdown and our solicitor called to say restrictions were going to be lifted imminently and we could move in three days,’ says Niccole. ‘We got some childminders booked and worked day and night to pack the house up and sort all the bills.’
The couple had found their dream property the year before, which was situated just a few miles away from their previous home in Sheffield. ‘We were looking for a similar house with character but in a nicer area with a garden,’ explains Niccole. ‘Cocker & Carr Estate Agents were absolutely fantastic in helping us find the right house in the best location.’ After looking at both semi-detached and terraced properties, the pair were drawn to the latter as they felt deceptively
