This space is super relaxed but works hard with doors leading outside to the lake, a cosy spot for nights around the fire and even a bar area for sundowners.

This room has incredible views over the lake. ‘We maximised the windows on two sides and left out wall cabinets,’ says designer Chad. Drawers under the island and hob provide storage. Near the kitchen in the living area is the bar (right).
