Wingamm is the last independent motorhome manufacturer in Italy, the rest having been swallowed up long ago by the big groups - Erwin Hymer, Rapido and Trigano. It also does things differently and has been ploughing its own furrow for over 40 years. The company claims to be the only mass producer of monocoque-bodied premium motorhomes in the world certainly they are sufficiently unique that Wingamm even exports to the planet's largest RV market, the USA.
Every model has a one-piece bodyshell constructed of hand-laid glass-fibre sheet with a 25mm layer of polyurethane foam insulation and a second skin of glass-fibre on the inside. With no wood or metal in the bodywork, there are no thermal bridges, so the heat stays inside. And, with no joins in the body, there should be no leaks - a fact that allows Wingamm to give you a remarkable 15-year warranty on the body.
