What makes you unique?

The world of children’s publishing is hugely competitive. With so many stories landing on publishers’ and agents’ desks, how can your story stand out? It’s true that brilliant concepts, intriguing characters, tight plots and mesmerising writing obviously play a massive part... but... there are numerous writers who can also do all these things.
