LEARNING IN CAMP

As a frequent visitor to safari camps and lodges, I've recently resolved to explore each venue more thoroughly, using that lull between activities that I might otherwise spend snoozing, on social media or lazing by the pool. This inspiration came from a fellow guest telling me how he'd spent a quiet couple of hours absorbed in the cool of the lodge library, unearthing antique books that set the scene through the eyes of early explorers.
