“NEVER IN A million years did I think I would become a farmer who spends most of my time outside, working with animals and alongside my husband,” says Zoë Allington, who was born in the UK with a minister for a mother and a father in the military. “Ironically, living in Australia was actually a dream I had when I was younger, but I thought I’d be by the beach, sunbathing!”
