Cyclist: What was your life like before finding cycling?

Jack UltraCyclist: I was and still am a very normal dude. During school, I was a triathlete, which kept my mind steady, but when I went to university I gave it up to concentrate on my studies and my mood really slipped. I achieved a degree in construction management and economics, worked in that field for about six years but didn’t enjoy it, turned to drugs and alcohol, battled through depression and spent a stint in rehab with drug addiction.
