Make a… tray

Step 1

IRON Vilene onto the back of your finished stitching. Repeat with the backing fabric – it will help to give the tray strength. Place the stitching and the backing fabric, right-sides together and pin.

Step 2

TAKE one edge of the stitching, measure out from the outer cross stitch 2.5cm (1in), and mark the evenweave row with a pin. Repeat for the other four sides of the design.
