Tasmania, with its vast coastline had places like Seven Mile Beach, Bakers Beach and Greens Beach, New South Wales had a brief flirtation with Bellambi and Gerringong, and Queensland had (and still has) Grasstree Beach near Mackay which has operated since 1927.
