Once in a lifetime

After the sad news of Fred Willingham’s death this month, my column is one of a personal note and about the time I spent with him while sprinting a Lambretta.

Having taken a keen interest in Lambretta tuning, and eager to find information where possible, by chance I stumbled across some old copies of magazine.
