Essential water for birds
I WOULD like to appeal to AG’s readers that it’s not just food that our feathered friends need during freezing cold conditions, but they need fresh water daily as well. I sometimes have to refill the tray twice a day in winter, not only for drinking, but bathing (are they mad?).
Also the bird bath I use is ideal for large and small birds. It is a paint roller tray, ideal because it has a ridged slope into the water and the water depth is just right for large and small
