NI HAO, GINGER

This drink is geared toward the martini drinkers out there, but1½ ounces Byejoe baijiu 1 ounce Domaine de Canton ginger liqueur 1 bar spoon Suze Saveur d’Autrefois gentian liqueur Combine ingredients in a mixing glass with ice and stir gently for a good 20 seconds. Strain into a chilled cocktail or coupe glass. Garnish with a lemon-peel rose.
