espite being forced into retirement at the age of 29 by a serious knee injury, Cohen played a lot of football during his 13-year career. After making his Fulham debut aged 17, he was a remarkably consistent performer in the side that won promotion to the First Division in 1959 and remained there for almost a decade, making 459 appearances.
