I’ve always ridden and worked horses. My grandfather was pulled out of school aged 12 to work horses on the land during World War II, and my father was a showjumper, show horse producer and a master for 20 years of the York and Ainsty South.
I grew up in the saddle and driving horses. I rode my Shetland pony Elizabeth everywhere and won my first lead-rein rosette aged 20 months. My grandfather taught
