Something to celebrate

I wanted to write to you about my grandfather, David Scott. He’s been an avid reader of yours since approximately 1974. He has never missed an issue and still has every one he’s ever received in the attic. I think that is near enough 2,500 copies. At this stage we believe it’s what is keeping his home warm during the cost of living crisis. The worry is that they will come through the ceiling one evening.

He is an incredible shot, having shot from a very young age. He’s run his own shoot in the Scottish Borders for more than 50 years. He’s shot all over Scotland and it’s something he’s incredibly passionate about.

He turned 70 on
