THE FINEST CUPPA HERBAL TEA!

• Bring 8 cups of water to a simmer, remove from the heat and add• Add a tablespoon or more of fresh or dried herbs, such as mint or lemon verbena, a lesser amount of tulsi and just a pinch of lavender.• Let it steep for about 10 minutes, longer if you like your tea strong, shorter if you prefer a more delicate taste.• Remove the tea bags, let cool, then transfer to a pitcher over a strainer to remove herbs. Cover and refrigerate.• For a pure tisane, you can brew without the tea bags – it all depends on your taste.• When winter comes, you can drink it hot!
