Grabbing a fur hat, a cup of tea and an old newspaper, I had a cunning plan…

It was time to turn my son, Xander, now seven, into Mr. Wolf.

Balancing him on a wooden chest, I helped him pose in the right position while my husband, Anthony, 32, snapped away, tilting the camera at all sorts of absurd angles.

Our family home was a mess, with props, books and costumes all over the floor, but there was a vision behind all of the chaos.

Xander absolutely loved it and had lots of fun playing, while my daughter Adyline, 11, and son Indie, five, squealed in delight from the side-lines.
