young gallery focusing on Latin American art and design, Unno made (1950-1976), a series inspired in part by the pre-Columbian art that the German artist encountered during his many trips to Latin America. Featuring sculptural pieces by Chile’s Abel Cárcamo and Mexico’s Habitación 116, the resulting show paid tribute to Albers’ deep colours and simple forms, as well as the unexpected migrations of creative ideas.
