For a pair who have long been known to have one of Hollywood’s most enduring marriages, 2022 wasn’t exactly one for the books in the Hanks-Wilson household.
The usually happy-go-lucky Tom and Rita have lurched from scandal to scandal in the past 12 months, and sources say she has had enough.
“It hasn’t been a great year for them, so Rita wants to really shake things up,” says. The pal adds that Rita, 66, is keen to “get in touch with her roots” and move to Greece for a year or so, preferably near the village where her mum grew up.
