Classic Jaguar

All good things…

Taking on the editorship of at the start of 2019 was a challenge I couldn’t resist. My predecessor, Ian Seabrook, had done a great job of launching a magazine specifically for enthusiasts of older Jaguars – from classic XKs to ’60s saloons, sensational E-Types to ‘Series’ XJs. After 15 issues, however, Ian decided to focus baton on to me. And now, by sheer coincidence, this is my 15th issue as editor… and I’m also stepping aside to focus on other activities in the classic car world. It might sound like a cliché, but it really does seem like only yesterday (okay, last week) that I was writing my first editor’s column for . And here I am now, writing my last. It’s been a great experience, through which I’ve met some amazing Jaguar folk. To all the specialists, readers and fellow enthusiasts who’ve helped me during my time as editor, a heartfelt thank you.
