Stoked for scoots – scootering Down Under

There’s no doubt that Australia is a vast and amazing country full of extremes and exotic creatures. For instance, 18% of its seven million-plus square kilometre landmass (roughly the same area as the US), is made up of named deserts, and another 35% of the country receives such little rain, it is effectively desert too. The whole population is roughly the same as Greater London and the Home Counties. This population consists of a large group of British and European expats as well as New Zealanders, both with a healthy growing interest in scooters. There is also a small, enthusiastic, home-grown scooter scene too.
