A THING OF BEAUTY
The scooter and sidecar thing has always been aesthetically pleasing (to my eye anyway). I like the idea of a scooter combination going down the road at a gentle pace on a nice summer’s day, loaded up with all manner of things for a trip to the seaside or local beauty spot for a good old-fashioned day out and a picnic. The idea of sunshine and happy faces from aboard the combination is wonderful.
In reality, the one and only time I’ve ever ridden one of these crazy machines, all I did for the very short period that it was in my possession was to actually panic! I hated it; it pulled me all over the place and I had to constantly wrestle the thing to go in at least one direction. I couldn’t wait to give it back.
