□ Scrap cotton yarn for provisional cast-on
□ 4mm crochet hook

TENSION

23 sts and 32 rows to measure 10x10cm (4x4in) over st st using 3.5mm needles

16-row x 14-st patt rep is 5x7.5cm

MEASUREMENTS

Wingspan 118.5cm
 Depth at point 49.5cm

ABBREVIATIONS

CDD (central double decrease) Slip 2 stitches together, K1, then pass slipped stitches over

K1, yo, K1, yo, K1 into next st. Work 5 resulting sts together
