OUR HOT PICKS OF 2022

MARIANNE INFANTE

Shortland Street actor

MY FAVOURITE MOVIE OF 2022… I have two. The first is Everything Everywhere All At Once. I’m a massive fan of Michelle Yeoh and Ke Huy Quan, and they portray such a nuanced and complex story.

The second is Whina because it’s incredibly empowering watching our NZ filmmakers and storytellers thrive.

THE NEW SHOW I BINGED WAS…

Grey’s Anatomy on Disney+. I know it’s not new, but I’m obsessed. Playing a nurse on TV, I guess I am inspired by that amazing show too.

THE 2022 ALBUM I HAD ON REPEAT WAS… Planet Her by Doja Cat.

THE PODCAST I COULDN’T STOP LISTENING TO WAS…

It seems cliché, but I have worked my way through by TED and PRX. I specifically love the episode with Nita. I recommend it.
