Remembering dad

I lost my dad a couple of months ago; although he was 80 it was sudden and unexpected. I’ve found the grief and loss very difficult to cope with. My dad and I loved each other but we were never terribly close. Now that he’s gone I’ve floundered somewhat, trying to make sense of how I’m feeling and how I’m supposed to move on.
