DIY GRANOLA BOARD

In a large saucepan, combine 3 cups water, 1 cup honey, ¼ cup lemon juice and 1 split, scraped vanilla bean. Bring to boil on high. In a food processor, pulse 2 cups frozen mango with 2 tbsp lime juice until smooth. Serve with peaches, granola, yoghurt and fresh mixed berries.
