    A recent trip from New Plymouth to Martinborough saw us heading to Levin instead of going over the Tararua ranges to Woodville and home. We’d been talking with the head of sales at Levin RV, Billy Gist, who revealed that a new Royal Flair caravan had arrived from Australia, and we could see it before the new owners took delivery if we hurried. Why not we thought, and afterwards we got to drive the new Transmission Gully highway for the first time as well.
