Make the most of your macro photography at home during the Christmas holidays

It’s the perfect time of year – the most wonderful time, some might say – to try your hand at indoor close-ups. With Christmas lights, decorations and food in abundance, there’s a feast of subjects to train your lens on. You don’t need a great deal in the way of equipment. In fact, taking a DIY approach to home studio not only makes financial sense, it can lead to more rewarding results too.
