At first glance, the reduction to 8 instead of 16 endless encoders is noticeable, but there are now 4 additional faders. We like this mixture, because volumes and envelopes can often be adjusted more easily with faders than with encoders. A more than welcome addition is the small but sharp LED display, which can be used to show the names and values of parameters or tracks, among other things. The faders and encoders may feel like plastic, but they are pleasantly smooth and do not wobble.
