Riding in the darker months is tricky at the best of times. The trails are slick, the conditions are testing, and your washing machine is constantly having to battle with muddy kit. This winter, keep the positivity going and give yourself some easy goals to accomplish by focusing on specific elements of your technique as you ride. That way you can continue to make progress every single ride, even when the weather conditions are driving you backwards.
This issue we’re going to look at how to ride corners with control and confidence. We’ll look at how to generate speed from turns, whether having your outside foot down works, and how staying focused on having a neutral body position will give you confidence.
