BIRTHDAY BLISS

Wow! This week’s Weekly is a real bonanza! I love the inspirational wisdom from nine trailblazing New Zealand women. Nadia Lim’s advice to her 16-year-old self: ‘’Keep learning every day’’ is equally applicable to me at age 77. Nice to read the Prime Minister’s acknowledgement of the Weekly’s 90-year commitment to documenting life and the changing status of Kiwi women in the transforming years between 1932 to 2022.

The bonus magazine is a great reminder of the way we were.
