Woman's Day Magazine NZ

Kia ora!

t’s a wonderful wedding wonderland in the mag this week, with four cute couples sharing their special ceremonies with . There’s rugby hero Slade McFarland’s marvellously multicultural marriage – which even a tornado couldn’t ruin! – on page 18, then on page 24, we’ve got favourites Teal and Sophie Mau, who have finally tied the knot in signature quirky style after 25 years together! Meanwhile, More FM and star Lana Searle shares her favourite wedding photos with us on page 90, and Lachy “Purple Wiggle” Gillespie walks down the aisle for a second time on page 8. As someone who is currently organising his own nuptials, it’s heartwarming to see how these lovebirds have all put their own unique stamps on their big days. Our planning is going very slowly and haphazardly – I think “casual” and “slapdash” will be the themes of the day – but we’ve finally picked out our outfits and almost all the invites are out. As with most weddings, the most important thing is having all our favourite people in one place. Enjoy the mag and have a great week.
