Garlands (number will depend on desired length), assorted ribbons, assorted baubles, pipe cleaners, hanging ornaments, heavy-duty hooks.
1 Cluster baubles in groups of four or five and secure with pipecleaners – choose baubles of different colours and sizes for a fuller, more dramatic look. Arrange and secure bauble clusters at intervals along the garland.
