Drug and supplement dosages:

• Hydroxychloroquine—200-mg tabs
• Zinc sulfate—220 mg (or zinc elemental 50 mg)
• Doxycycline—100 mg
• Azithromycin—500 mg
• Ivermectin — 3-mg tabs
• Aspirin—325 mg tabs
• Vitamin D3—5,000 IU

Day 1

• Hydroxychloroquine, two tabs twice a • Zinc sulfate capsule or tab twice a day with food • Doxycycline capsule twice a day with food or Azithromycin tab once per day • Ivermectin 12-18 mg on Days 1-3 • Aspirin 325 mg • Vitamin D3 5000 IU daily for full 30 days
