“It started when I was a kid in the late Sixties. Growing up in Boston—about five miles from Fenway Park—I became aware of the different cars around me. One neighbor had a beautiful Edsel station wagon. Down the road was a Packard. But what stood out in my mind were the few Studebaker taxis driving around. I’ve always liked the underdog, and even then, I
