For Sydney floral artist Holly Ipsen, true style comes from close consideration of the occasion she’s arranging for. “I focus more on the feeling the client is trying to portray, whether that’s for an intimate dinner at their home or celebrating an occasion, or something like a modern-industrial event in a warehouse,” she says. “The fun thing about this job is that it’s ever-changing and you don’t have to stick to a certain aesthetic – you get to create.”
