PAY OUR NURSES PROPERLY
The problem with offering nurses a £1,400 pay rise, as the government has done, is that it’s nowhere near enough. You don’t have to be a top mathematician to work out that, in the face of the current 12.6% inflation rate, the 4% pay rise (5% in Scotland) is paltry. Not enough. Utter rubbish.
