SO YOU WANNA HAVE JUST ONE DRINK?

It means two or fewer standard drinks per day for men, according to the latest USDA Dietary Guidelines. Now, the term “standard drink” is based on alcohol content, not just volume. So a high-ABV double IPA or full wineglass pour doesn’t really count as standard. And overdoing it (intentionally or unintentionally) is what leads to trouble.
