noki has created a private cellar door and boutique accommodation for Bird in Hand in the Adelaide Hills, as the family-owned winery expands its onsite capacity. Housed within a 100-year-old former dairy, the space for the winery’s “Flight Club” members is simple and restrained, yet thoughtfully considered. Two boutique accommodation suites flank the central public zone where tastings are held.
