How close to the original should a remake be?

think devs should be allowed to do things their way. Hollywood’s unafraid to take a familiar story and rework it, and game studios should follow suit. How many Draculas have we seen? How many more would we watch? (All of them, in my case.) be different, because it’s being made by different people with their own skills and styles. Let their talents shine, and stop using remakes as a way to milk gamers’ nostalgia for cash.
