Be Prepared for First Aid

You never know when you might need to administer first aid. Whether treating a minor cut or a first-degree burn, you want to Be Prepared with a personal or group first-aid kit.

A personal kit should have the necessary supplies for treating minor injuries like scrapes and blisters. This can be kept in a resealable plastic bag or hip pack. A larger kit can have items to address more serious emergencies.
