Dating can be a scary prospect at any time in life, but it’s arguably more so as you get older. You may be out of practice and unsure about current dating etiquette or trends, you could be a long-time singleton or divorced or widowed and carrying some of the emotional baggage that comes with age. And while the days of exchanging numbers in a bar or flirting at work still exist, more and more people are connecting on websites and via dating apps.
