■ There’s been no shortage of superhero movies over the last few years with Marvel dominating the cinema with their Marvel Universe. However, Marvel’s biggest rival DC has not had the greatest showing on the silver screen, with the much derided taking severe hits from critics is a task force made up of super villains who are assigned dangerous tasks by a secret government organisation, in exchange for shorter prison sentences. With an all star cast including Jared Leto as a super creepy version of The Joker, Will Smith as the psychotic Deadshot and Margot Robbie as the unstable and totally deranged Harley Quinn, offers something very different to the comic book adaptation. It’s funny, it’s violent and totally over the top. Being bad has never been this good.
