HE’S always been mad about soccer. As a young boy he’d spend hours listening to match commentary on a crackling FM radio, and when he arrived home from boarding school he’d watch his favourite teams on a snowy TV set.
Like many other boys Robert Marawa fantasised about becoming a football star and having crowds cheer for him but over the years this was replaced by a different dream: he wanted to be a sportscaster, bringing the game to life for TV audiences with his words and expert analysis.
