In contrast to the celebratory “Where were we when we first heard-this?” carnival of his former band’s shows, Lindsey Buckingham’s solo concert is a cavalcade of beguiling pop hooks and astounding guitar-playing technique, overlaid by a compelling intensity.

Since being fired by Fleetwood Mac in 2018, Buckingham has released his finest solo album yet (last year’s Lindsey Buckingham), and had open-heart surgery, a cancer scare and marital troubles. But, these days rock-star-thin in skinny jeans, he’s still determined to do it his way.
