This year’s Omega Days introduced the most monumental release in dive watch history with the Seamaster Planet Ocean Ultra Deep. With a depth rating of an astounding 6,000m, the Ultra Deep is now the deepest-diving commercially available dive watch in the world. It comes in no less than seven variations and the highlight of the collection is, of course, the sole model in grade 5 titanium, which we can unabashedly say is the one to have if you can only buy one. It looks closest to the original three prototypes that unequivocally smashed the deepest diving record at 10,935m, with the “manta ray” lugs and dark gray color scheme throughout.
